Anita was a huge help in scheduling roof replacement in a short period of time. Martin gave me what appeared to be a fair price. Bill and his work crew completed a big job within a day, including a thorough clean up. Workers were very professional. Despite being a difficult job, workers appeared to enjoy their accomplishment.

Speedy Pro replaced my roof several years ago. An issue arose with the shingles, that I was unaware of. They were proactive in working with the shingle supplier to get the whole job redone under warranty. They handled every detail, and then replaced the roof, at no cost and minimal effort on my part. Great after-sales service. Highly recommend. Above and beyond normal customer service.

I will have to wait until we have another hard rain to know if the work solved my leaking problem, but so far Nicholas Payne seemed very knowledgeable, showed up on time, and explained the problem and solution well with pictures.

Had a small leak that the guy said a small lil squeeze of caulk fixed and it was even smaller than what they normally charge for. Best roofing experience I've had in a long time

Speedy Pro Roofing is a very professional business. From the call with Anita to set up an appointment, the meeting with Bill who explained their services very well, their guarantee on their work and the shingles, and cost, and Martins call to schedule the work . everything worked just as they said it would. The installers work together as well as any team I have ever seen. Martin and Jesus kept the team supplied with anything needed for the jobs, and answered any questions I had. The cleanup after they finish is spectacular. I dont know his name, but the gentleman who seemed to handle most of the cleanup during the process was very particular and paid attention to details and did an awesome job. The weather was very hot and humid, however they kept up their pace and lived up to their speedy reputation. Overall, a great Company that does professional work and is great to work with.

Martin responded to a small issue we had with our roof. Ours was a large roofing job and the issue was an electrical wire that had been covered by the roofing. This was an unknown issue before the roof install and was not disclosed to us during the install. Martin immediately said that it needed to be fixed and did so in a timely and professional manner. I was impressed by Martins professionalism and timely response. I highly recommend Speedy Pro Roofing for any roofing work that you may have.

We had the absolute best experience with Speedy Pro Roofing. We purchased a new property earlier this year and the home inspector noted the roof was end of life. We had Speedy Pro come out along with a few others to do a roof inspection and give us a quote. From the very beginning when our roofing inspector Bill came out I could tell the team at Speedy Pro were good people. Bill was very honest in the inspection and I could tell he truly had our best interests in mind. Fast forward a few months after my initial inspection and we ended up having some damage from Hurricane Helene at which point I decided it was time to go ahead with the new roof. Called Bill back that Saturday and by Thursday of the following week Martin and his team were out to replace the roof. The team did an absolutely immaculate job on the roof and cleaned up behind themselves so well that I honestly think they left the yard cleaner than it was when they got here - lol! Al, Anita, and Halley in the office were all very nice and great to deal with as well. Will definitely be recommending Speedy Pro to anyone I know with roofing needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Speedy Pro for being honest, dependable, reasonable, and overall just easy to work with. Would definitely do it again!

Repair technician Casey arrived at my home on time to check out a potential roof leak. He was very friendly, honest and professional. He quickly took care of the issue as well as cleared off the debris in the corners of my gutter system. While clearing off the debris he noticed a large hornets nest an offered to spray them. Speedy Pro Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. Gary came out and explained the whole process from start to finish. Was their price the cheapest no but their warranty is unmatched. Martin and his crew were the definition of professional they got to my house in the morning and were finished by mid afternoon. When they were done the only evidence they were here was my beautiful new roof. I explained to Gary at the beginning of the our meeting that my insurance company had given me only 11 days notice of cancelation if I didn't replace the roof and not only did they get it done but finished 3 days ahead of my deadline. I had an issue with a dormer and was looking for someone that could assist. I called them on Monday morning and explained my need. Martin was to come on Tuesday around 1pm. Martin was courteous enough that he called to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late. The fix took a few minutes and it was a great experience to meet someone that would listen and assist the customer as he did.

Martin came out to look at my rood for me since we had a recent leak. He was so kind and helpful. He took time to explain my roof's issues and fixed it for me without charging me. I'm so grateful. I highly recommend this company. We had an actively leaking roof, rendering multiple parts of our house unusable, due to a bad install by another company. This company was easy to get a hold of (someone answered right away), quick to come out (next day I think), very knowledgeable and able to assess where the issues were, and concerned about our situation. Martin not only came quickly to assess issues but got a tarp on our roof the day after as we were expecting a week of rain (so no repairs would be able to be made). In that week we got high winds, heavy rain, and 3 days where it hailed! And our house stayed dry for the first time in weeks - we were ready to pay just for the tarp, it was done so well- ha! By a week after all the rain, they got us on the schedule and had our roof done in a single day! It was very organized- all supplies being ordered together and arriving at our house the day before. They seemed to have everything they needed- no having to stop work to go get things they didnt account for, etc (yes, we've seen this happen a lot with other contractors). They came when they said (with notice when things had to shift) and finished as they said, that same day. Our house and yard were not left in chaos for more than several hours which our kids really appreciated. The crew sent was excellent- worked diligently and seamlessly with one another. They attended to details that I was going to ask them about before I even had a chance to mention it to them (like some sheathing that needed replaced and such). They were both careful and fast. And left no trace after (we literally went on a hunt for nails just in case and found a total of two on the whole property). The roof looks lovely and so far no leaks! We really appreciated this crew. Everyone in this company is very easy to work with: office, reps, foreman, crew. They use Atlas products and do so in a way that fully secures the warranty. You end up with quality materials, an excellent warranty on both the shingles and the workmanship, and no stress throughout the process. Pictured is the roof partially done, shingles in coastal gray. Hope to post a few more close up pics so you can see the good workmanship. It's hard for me to imagine that you would not be satisfied if you go with Speedy Pro.

Martin was able to stop by the same day I called to assess our roof leak and even did a short term fix to keep it from leaking more before he could really work on it. He was courteous and professional. He did an awesome job for us. Highly recommend.

I called Speedy Pro Roofing for a third opinion on the source of a leak - Marty came out and immediately spotted the problem. His quote was very reasonable, and he came out on a Saturday to complete the work! I am very pleased with this company as well as Marty's friendliness and thoroughness. I will use them again!

EDIT: We've used Speedy Pro Roofing twice now and both times they've done great work. Nick addressed the issue, documented the work, and got it done in a timely fashion. And the estimate was fair.We're happy with the fix and we'd definitely call SPR again. Thanks! After the January snowstorm our gutter was dangling loose over our heat pump and they were the only ones we called who made the time to cut down the gutter. They worked hard securing the roof, removing, then getting the facia, soffit and gutters right. We would 100% seek out their services again.

After having several roofing contractors out for estimates, I decided to call Speedy Pro Roofing. They are truly top notch! POSITIVE REVIEW ALERT! I want to give a huge shout out to Speedy Pro Roofing Tri-Cities for coming to the rescue after the recent storm damaged some shingles. As shown in the picture below, the roof had some shingles lifted up. I called around to a few roofing companies and they informed me that they do not handle repairs; they only do new roofing. Other roofers were over a month out to even come out and assess the situation. I saw a positive review on SPEEDY PRO ROOFING in this group so I decided to give them a call. They couldnt have been nicer! They said they are one of the very few companies that actually does roof repair, not just new roof installation. I sent them some pictures of the damage and although they were inundated with calls for repairs they were able to get me scheduled for the following week. I got frequent reminders and updates about the scheduled appointment and that Martin was the tech assigned to my roof. Martin showed up early and got right to work assessing my roof. Besides the repair, he did a full inspection of the roof and although our roof is only a few years old, he found a few exposed nail heads. After inspection he gave me a proposal for the work which would be done that day. With the proposal approved he went to work and fixed the main shingle issue and did it the correct way with putting new water/ice guard down and nailing it back in with extra roofing tar. He also repaired the exposed roofing nails. If it wasnt for the main issue I called about, I would not have known about the exposed roofing nails, and that would have absolutely allowed water to drip in at some point. It may not seem like a big deal, but Martins eagle eye roof inspection certainly saved me not only money but aggravation at a later date when it would have inevitably leaked somewhere in my house. Martin said they find exposed nail heads all the time. Martin was extremely professional; Speedy Pro was extremely fair and reasonable with their pricing, and they were available within a very reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend contacting them for their free roofing inspection, as you never know what they may find.

Martin was on time (early, actually) and very professional. He had my proposal done in just a few minutes. I accepted it and he went to work on the spot! I couldn't be happier with the outcome, especially after so many no-shows! I am happy with the price and quality of work. I only wish I hadn't wasted so much time on the others before I called Speedy-Pro! I would give more, but 5 stars was the max!

Speedy Pro Roofing absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. After contacting 6 different local roofing places, only 2 contacted me back AFTER Speedy Roofing came out and fixed my leak. 2 of those places took my info but never called back. Martin came out and assessed the damage to my roof, and came back THAT DAY and fixed it. Martin was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He explained everything to my wife what was causing the leaks and even showed us through pictures and the old shingles. When its time for a new roof, guess where I'm going!

We recently had a repair around our chimney. The team at Speedy Pro was timely and showed up when they said theyd be here (already a HUGE plus from me). Speedy Pro did a great job on the repair and gave an HONEST assessment of our current roof and how many years we had realistically left before we planned on eventual replacement. They were NOT out to just sell a new roof but we will definitely call them for one when its time. Needed a couple of repairs on my roof and a diversion made to route water from off my roof like a river onto my patio. What set Ross and this company apart from others is Ross would check with me the next couple of months to make sure the leak repair was good and the diversion worked. The leak repair was good but wasnt 100% happy with the diversion. He came out and added a piece to make it right. I will go nowhere else for repairs and when its time for a new roof will call Speedy Pro! Highly recommended!

I am writing this letter to recommend Speedy Pro Roofing for any roofing project you may have. They did a great job at our residence, replacing our old shingles with new ones- much higher quality and better looking for our 20-year-old house. They did so in a timely and professional manner. Gary from Speedy Pro Roofing called to let us know he was on his way for the first visit. He showed up dressed professionally, timely and well prepared having reviewed our roof beforehand. He took pictures to show us areas of concern and educated us on our options. Gary answered all our questions, explained the options and gave us a flat fee price. We decided on the spot to proceed with Speedy Pro Roofing as Gary answered all of our questions, fair flat fee pricing and a step by step explanation of the process. During the installation process, they went out of their way to protect the outside of our house including the HVAC system, pool equipment and the like- building wood sheds around the equipment. The representative from Speedy Pro Roofing who handled our project on the ground was Josh Upson. Josh was very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. He gave us access to a client portal so we could see pictures from every angle as they worked on our new rood. Josh also supervised the work crew and ensured that everything was done according to the highest standards. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the appearance of our new roof. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We would not hesitate to hire Speedy Pro Roofing again or to refer them to anyone who needs a reliable and experienced roofing company.

Josh, Gary and Anita are exceptional people to work with when unexpected damage happens. Professional in every step of repair. I have a metal building. The repair work was absolutely perfect. Had the pleasure of meeting Josh Upson today. Had some light damage to some flashing from the artic blast that came through recently in Johnson City. He also did an inspection on the roof and found some rot on the chimney siding. He took photos for my review, posted them on my account profile for me to have (if needed) but reviewed all the ones that had potential for concern. He repaired the flashing for free and also water sealed the wood rot he spotted on my siding until I could get this replaced properly (for free). He will be back out to replace a few of the shingles once I get the siding fixed. My expectations were blown away. What a stand up guy! Highly recommend!

Ten stars for Josh Upson! He responded quickly to our request for an inspection and quote for repair of a leaking roof. Josh gave us an honest assessment of the nature and extent of the damage, provided photos to support it, and explained what he was going to do to. This level of clarity was very important to us. In addition to repairing the roof, Josh replaced an item that had blown off and re-hung a gutter that was bowed and not draining, testing the drainage to make sure all was well. The cost was absolutely reasonable, service prompt, and workmanship outstanding. We would work with Josh Upson and Speedy Pro Roofing again with confidence. Highly recommended!
